Duration - 12 weeks

Description of class: A 12 week pottery class catering for people of all abilities from first time clay experiences to experienced potters. These classes covers a range of Ceramics making processes and methods including both hand building and throwing on the wheel. For returners, the class offer a friendly guided learning environment and a place to practise and develop your skills on the wheel and/or hand-building.
Course Fees
£360
Course fees include clay and glazes but glaze firings are additional and are charged at £3.60/litre (equivalent to a large mug). Please note that this is a new policy being introduced for the first time. Firing fees will be invoiced following the last class of the term.

One to one sessions are available on request. These sessions are designed for members and non-members wanting to experience or develop their skills on the wheel. Sessions are aimed at individuals and are typically delivered on weekends but not exclusively.

An individual 1-2-2 throwing lesson with Nancy Taylor at The Clay Loft, Stroud. This session(s) are for you and another person getting 1-2-2 tuition with a tutor dedicated for the lesson. Only one wheel will be used to ensure you both get the tutor's full attention. Lessons last 90 minutes and include 2 pieces of work (equivalent to 1lb of clay each) fired through to glaze, one for each person. Postage of finished work is additional if required.
