A 2-day WORKSHOP on Wood Ash Glaze Development and Practical Glaze Application

Description: Tom will lead a 2-day workshop to develop the understanding and use of wood ash glazes. The course will cover:
- Glaze theory
- Health and Safety
- Ash Glaze development and testing
- Developing test pieces/tiles
- Firing glaze tests and recipe sharing
- Glaze application theory
- Practical glaze application
- Glaze failure & troubleshooting
Participators will be encouraged to collect and bring their own wood ash to the course to create their own unique glaze.
Note: The cost of firing test pieces from the class is included.
Joining Instructions: Please note that joining instructions pertinent to the course will be sent out approximately two weeks before the course start date.

No refunds or transfers will be offered for workshop or class spaces cancelled by participants within 2 weeks/14 days of a booked event. If a cancellation is notified earlier than 2 weeks prior to a booked event the Company will endeavour to backfill the place. If this is possible the Company will then refund your booking, less processing fees of 20%.
